By accessing or using Biddexia (“the Platform”, “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must immediately cease use of the Service.
2. Description of Service
Biddexia is a private intelligence platform that aggregates, analyses, and delivers high-fidelity insights regarding UK public sector procurement opportunities. The Service utilises proprietary artificial intelligence to assist businesses in identifying, assessing, and responding to government tenders with strategic precision.
3. Data Sources & Open Government Licence

Acknowledgement: In accordance with OGL v3.0 requirements, Biddexia acknowledges that information sourced from these datasets is subject to Crown copyright and is reproduced for informational and analytical purposes.
Independence: Biddexia is a private commercial platform and has no affiliation, partnership, endorsement, or restricted data arrangement with any UK government body, department, or agency. Use of public procurement datasets does not imply any governmental relationship or sponsorship.
4. User Obligations

Attempting to reverse-engineer, scrape, or resell data extracted from the Platform.
Using the Service to transmit spam, malware, or any unlawful content.
Sharing your account credentials with third parties or permitting unauthorised access.
Circumventing any access controls, technical security measures, or usage limits.
5. Intellectual Property
All Platform features, AI models, scoring algorithms, branding, and proprietary data compilations are the exclusive intellectual property of Biddexia and its licensors. Public sector data is reproduced under the OGL v3.0 as noted in Section 3.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Biddexia does not warrant that information on the Platform is complete, accurate, or up-to-date at all times. AI-generated analyses and "Win-Probability" scores are for informational purposes only and do not constitute legal, financial, or commercial advice.
